Practice Put to Use

One of my favorite classes at Cal State Fullerton (besides the demanding, grueling graphic design ones) were Crafts and Jewelry---I learned about so many tools and techniques that applied to a whole different venture in art that didn't take place on the computer. Honestly, it was a nice break away from it and it was fun using the Jewelers' Saw (shown above). I remember having projects that incorporated a variety of mediums from brass, copper and aluminum metals to plexi glass and wood. And thus why it brings me to right now, where I am currently cutting the wood for the camp stamp! I also have another wood project in the making and I might use some leftover aluminum pieces. :))

Hurray for extra art classes!
