two thousand sixteen

Whoa there. It's been an insane amount of time since I've written a blog post. That means you're behind on my photos from trips, happenings in life and things of the sort (sorry!) While I'm still lagging on even editing my photos from the past 8 months or so, I'll just give an update on some recent thaaangs. First off, HAPPY. NEW. YEAR. Hopefully yours was super amazing! I'm excited for this coming year and at the same time, I get a little more nervous the more I get into that stage of being an adult (26 isn't yet right?) and all the cool, fun things that come with it like paying off school loans (aw yea!), credit, my car + car insurance, medical insurance, fooood + things, and RENT. YES, RENT! I moved into a lovely room in a house IN Irvine just last month thanks to my lovely co-worker/friend/roommate who told me about it! How do I like my new little place you ask? Oh. Mah. Gah. Despite being a little poorer now that I have to pay monthly rent, let me tell you that my daily commute is NOW a glorious SEVEN MINUTES compared to TWO HOURS. T_T I'm so thankful for this blessing because I have benefitted tremendously from it. Not only in regards to having extra time in the morning AND at night, but physically and mentally I feel better (honestly, it was exhausting and depressing to sit in traffic for 4 hours, 125ish miles round trip. Every. Day. Bleah. 

Anywho! I just wanted to start writing again for this new year and I have a TON of things to catch you up on BUT I shall end it here and hopefully get back on super soon!
